Holy shit, I’ve pretty much stopped going on this blog, but I gotta say: LOOK AT THE NOTES! Nothing I’ve ever posted has had that many notes.

I’m doing this the healthy way.
I’m falling apart.
I work 25-30 hours a week, and I am a full time student. I get up at 8 every morning for class, then I have two classes. At 10 I have just enough time to go to the Dining Center and get some breakfast/lunch (usually and english muffin and a lot of fruit), then another class at 11. After that class ends I get directly on public transportation for an hour and fifteen minute commute to work. I work from 1:30 to 7:30. I usually get home around 8:30 if I’m lucky. Then I eat an apple or something and go to the gym. By now it’s 10. Now I shower, and start my homework/studying for finals. I go to sleep at 1 if I’m lucky, and the whole cycle begins again.
I don’t have time. I don’t have time to declare. I don’t have time to talk to an advisor about my classes for next semester (priority registration is MONDAY)! I don’t have time to go grocery shopping, yet I’m not home until the Dining Center closes. I don’t have time to study or do a good job on homework. I don’t have time to look for a place to live next year. I don’t have time to see friends… I’m sinking.

Ladies, lifting won’t make you bulky.
Whenever I hear girls I know saying that they don’t want to lift because they’ll get bulky, I show them this video. Muscle growth is related to direct stress, nutrition and hormones. We sing this to the sky. We all know it. If the hormones aren’t there we don’t bulk muscle.
